Mike stool
Twelve wooden elements, each crowned with a rhombus-shaped top, are joined using handcrafted brass butterfly wing bolts, forming a versatile object that functions beautifully as a stool, side table, or nightstand. Made from reclaimed Oak staves, once part of Chianti wine barrels, the wood carries a rich patina and quiet history that deepens the piece’s character. Thanks to its modular design, multiple units—each with a hexagonal top and star-shaped base—can be seamlessly connected to create larger compositions, from benches to coffee tables, offering both function and a striking visual rhythm.
